HOW TO ORDER
ON LINE ORDERING PROCEDURE:
All orders will be placed through the Shopping Cart using the button marked, "Add To Cart." You may also "Continue Shopping" and add multiple items to your cart. When you are ready to check out, you will be taken to PayPal to pay for your selections. The cost of shipping is included in the item price.
This is a standard Shopping Cart and you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to complete the purchase. You may use a credit card or debit card for any purchase using PayPal, and you need not be a member of PayPal. However, if you do have an existing PayPal account, you may also pay for your merchandise by using the existing balance in your PayPal account, by e-check, bank check, etc... A PayPal account offers you many different payment options, but is not required to complete your purchase using a credit or debit card.
CHECKS BY MAIL (Check - Cashier's Check - Money Order):
You may order merchandise and pay by check if you wish. Please include in a letter the information relating to the items you wish to order (CD title & price, type of merchandise & price, etc.), along with a clearly printed shipping address, and enclose this description of your order in an envelope with your check for the total amount. Mail your order to the address below. If you are ordering from the state of Texas, please include an additional 8.25 percent on the total amount for Texas Sales Tax. Orders paid by Cashier's Check will ship right away. Orders paid by personal check or Money Order will see a short delay while the bank processes and clears the item. Please use the
contact page to send us an e-mail if you have any questions.

Please attach your purchase order (.pdf preferred) to an e-mail addressed to craig@westernswing.net - or - Mail your purchase order and check to the following address: If you are ordering from the state of Texas, please include an additional 8.25% of the total amount for Texas Sales Tax.

CD OR MERCHANDISE PURCHASES:
When the checkout process is completed with PayPal and your purchase is marked as Paid, PayPal will immediately notify Western Swing .net with the shipping address that you provided during the shopping cart checkout process. You will receive e-mails from both PayPal and the Western Swing .net web site confirming your order.
All shipments will be done through the United States Postal Service using First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Media Mail (our choice) with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery Confirmation can also be used to track your shipment after 36 hours. We will make
every effort to ship your CD(s) or merchandise order in the shortest possible time frame. Sorry, but we do not offer overnight or expedited shipping services. All shipping is free with the price of your merchandise order. Sales Tax will have been automatically collected by PayPal if you ordered on line from within the state of Texas.
DOWNLOADABLE MUSIC:

When the checkout process is completed with PayPal and your purchase is marked as Paid, you will be immediately re-directed to a page on the Western Swing .net web site to complete your download. In addition, you will also receive an e-mail containing a secure link for downloading the song file(s). No shipping address is necessary for electronic downloads. These download links will be good for two hours and for one user IP address. Please be prepared to retrieve your order as soon as you complete the checkout process, or as soon as you receive and open the e-mail containing the link(s) to your product(s). Complete your download (using either method) as soon as possible to prevent any confusion.

All Compact Discs sold on this web site are professionally pressed and professionally packaged with original artwork & liner notes, and factory sealed. (There are no CDR, CDRW, or other high-speed, computer generated replications in the W R Records library). Accept no substitutes, saddle pals!
